About Inspekto

Bernd is an experienced international business leader in global high-tech for nearly 30 years. His track record has been centred around driving business growth and innovation in the smart energy, cleantech, IT and telecoms industries. Before joining Inspekto as CEO, he held several senior management and CEO positions at some of the world’s leading technology brands, such as Siemens, Nokia, Elster Metering (now Honeywell Elster) and E.ON Industrial Energy Solutions. He holds a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Technical University of Stuttgart, Germany.

Ofer brings over 20 years of experience in business leadership positions in global multi-disciplinary companies such as Stratasys and NSN, as well as early-phase start-ups. In his previous position Ofer established and led the sales and marketing activities of Velox, a pioneer in the field of industrial digital printing. Ofer has a B.Sc. E.E. from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Tel-Aviv University.

Yonatan holds deep understanding of computer vision, artificial intelligence algorithms and software engineering skills. Inspekto's solutions are Yonatan's third materialization of a real-world commercial-level computer-vision product. Before co-founding Inspekto, Yonatan spent more than a decade in leading the design of vision algorithmic R&D and most recently served as the CTO of PointGrab, a developer of low-power computer vision IoT solutions. Yonatan has an M.Sc. in Signal and Image Processing from Tel Aviv University. He also served in the Israel Defense Forces’ elite 8200 technical intelligence unit after completing the elite Haman Talpiot program.

For more than 20 years, Miki holds key roles in operations, engineering and R&D at leading Israeli tech companies, including ECI Telecom and Starhome. Prior to Inspekto, he spent more than five years as the COO of HTS (Hi-Tech Solutions), a leading developer and supplier of optical character recognition (OCR) and advanced LPR solutions. Miki earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University and completed the Management Program for Emerging Companies at the Technion Institute of Management.

Liby brings 15 years of comprehensive financial experience with global multinational High-tech companies and Start-Ups from Technology, Medical and Cannabis industries. Liby has extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of financial management, business leadership, financial and strategic planning and execution.
Liby had founded Inside out Finance, a boutique full-service financial firm, and prior to that she served as CFO at PSC-Group, Head of Finance at AOL Israel, and VP Finance at several start-up companies in the technology and medical tech industry and took a significant role in fundraising rounds and M&As, such as 5Min (Acquired by AOL).
After completing her graduate studies, Liby worked as an Auditor at E&Y Israel.
Liby is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from the College of Management in Israel.

Frank is a machine vision enthusiast with over 35 years of hands-on experience working for some of the leading machine vision companies, such as Cognex, in technical and customer service roles. Having started his career in programming and algorithms, he went on to serve in various management positions, predominantly centered around technical topics.
